Description

The goal of the Chef de Cuisine is to manage the  restaurant.  The Chef de Cuisine will take council from the  Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef  to create, implement menu and concepts but the position is designed so that individuals will work in a manner that is consistent as that of an independent restaurant

 

Jobs Description

 

Develop new and innovative seasonal menus
expedite daily service periods to ensure orders are served correctly, timely and at the peak of preparedness; support and train culinary team members on techniques.   

Write breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, prep lists, recipes and order lists to ensure accurate, timely and consistent delivery of all menu items

Monitor the quality and availability of all needed food supplies and act as liaison between the Purchasing Department


Support and train culinary team members on techniques required to effectively produce new menu items and orders according to established standard operating procedures. Assist in other areas of the kitchens during periods of peak demand
