Enjoy the newest and finest in Salt Lake City dining with the Garden Cafe's "Saturday Nights at The Grand" dining experience. Each week Chef Yates creates a new and evolving culinary journey for Salt Lake City locals. Begin with a seasonal amuse, provided tableside followed by an unlimited Grand buffet of salads, breads and appetizers.
Continue with a selection of entrees including wild caught fish from Honolulu, bought from fishermen using traditional hook and long line methods. Family style sides accompany your entrees, which can be paired with our sommelier selected "Wine Flights" to bring out the exquisite flavors of your meal.
The merriment of the kitchen continues with the Gift of Good Cheer: house-made beignets and doughnuts with warm salted caramel, cinnamon chocolate, and raspberry coulis sauces. Finish off your night of sumptuous delights with Executive Pastry Chef Fernanda Dutra's bite size dessert buffet.
