Window Stroll has always belonged to the families who make it part of their holidays, and this season we are making a few changes to keep it feeling the way it should. Here is a look at what is new, what stays the same, and how your visit can help grant wishes for children across Utah.

A Note to Our Window Stroll Family
For more than 15 years, families have walked through our doors each holiday season to watch the windows come to life. Kids who once pressed their noses to the glass now come back with friends, partners, and little ones of their own. For so many of you, the season doesn't truly begin until you've strolled through The Grand America.
That tradition is one of the most meaningful gifts we've ever received, and we never take it for granted.
A Tradition That Outgrew Itself
Your love for Window Stroll has grown it into something bigger than we ever imagined. Last season brought record crowds, especially on weekends. Lines grew long, the lobby grew crowded, and it became harder to slow down and take in the small details our team spends all year creating.
We want every visit to feel the way Window Stroll is meant to feel: unhurried, joyful, and a little bit magical. So this season, we're making a change.
What's New This Season
During our busiest times, Friday through Sunday afternoons and evenings and the days surrounding Christmas, we're introducing reserved entry . Reserving a time slot lets us welcome everyone more comfortably, with shorter waits and more room to linger, take photos, and enjoy the windows at your own pace.
What Stays the Same
Window Stroll is still for everyone. You can walk in for free every morning before noon, every day from November 1 through 19, and Monday through Thursday for most of the season. Some of our favorite moments happen on a quiet weekday visit.
And if you're staying or dining with us at The Grand America or Little America Salt Lake City , your stroll is on us. Make it a festive overnight experience with our Window Stroll Package .
A Season of Giving Back
This season, every reserved visit can help make a wish come true. Reserving is free through us, and on reserved days, your reservation is completed with a donation . 100% of the proceeds go directly towards granting local wishes through Make-A-Wish Utah. The Grand America keeps none of it.
Make-A-Wish Utah creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. For kids across our state facing serious medical challenges, a wish can bring hope, joy, and strength when they need it most. We can't think of a more fitting way to celebrate the holidays than by giving back together, and we're so grateful you'll be part of it.
Thank You
Whether you stroll on a quiet Tuesday morning or reserve a Saturday evening , thank you for making Window Stroll part of your family's holiday tradition. We can't wait to share this season with you.
