A weekly tradition that's worth the wait, taking place every Sunday from 9:00 am-1:00 pm. With chef-manned live cooking and carving stations, a dedicated kids area, seasonal offerings, wonderful desserts including Grand America Bread Pudding, and more, this is a meal not to miss.


Born in Provo, Chef Ojeda grew up primarily in Santa Fe, New Mexico, though he also spent time in Denver, where his grandmother owned an empanada business. While his family expected him to become an engineer, the kitchens call proved stronger.
