Arrival Guidelines
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to prepare for your spa service.
Minimum Age
Guests under the age of 18 receiving a spa or salon service require adult supervision during their visit and cannot use the locker room facilities or lounges.
Children under the age of 18 require adult supervision at the indoor pool and outdoor pool.
Digital Detox
To completely enjoy your spa experience, and as a courtesy to other guests, we encourage you to leave your electronic devices behind to fully unplug and unwind.
Gender Preference
All our service providers are well versed in a variety of services and are very professional. If you have a gender preference, please indicate at the time of booking.
Medical Concerns
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as they may be affected by certain spa services. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or if you are pregnant.
Cancellation Policy
Should your plans change, we request the courtesy of a cancellation notice at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the fee. The full-service fee will be charged for no-show appointments. Services and prices are subject to change.
