We offer a variety of wellness classes for your health and enjoyment. Participate in rejuvenating yoga and pilates classes, or join us for a soothing sound bath experience.

Yoga

Yoga can positively impact physical and mental health while increasing flexibility, balance, and strength.

Complimentary yoga is offered in the fitness center to all hotel and spa guests every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. Classes are first-come, first-served, and can fill up fast. Call spa reception at (801) 258-6568 to reserve your spot.

Pilates

Engaging in Pilates can help strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and increase muscle tone. It can also serve as a stress reliever as it promotes relaxation and a more positive mood.

The Grand Spa offers no-equipment Pilates classes every Friday at 4:30 PM. Please note that space is limited, and you must call spa reception to reserve your spot at (801) 258-6568.

Sound Baths

Sound baths help participants enter a deeper state of relaxation, resulting in decreased stress and increased mental clarity.
