Antonio Garcia Lyons

Antonio Garcia Lyons is a Spanish guitarist and solo performer from Santiago de Queretaro, Mexico. His career experience spans multiple continents over the course of the past two decades. Debra Fotheringham

Debra Fotheringham makes music from the heart. She is a singer-songwriter, writer, poet, and Utahn, originally from American Fork. She has released three studio albums of original folk/roots music, contributing to her esteemed credibility within the local music scene.

Her most recent album, The Darkness and the Sun, is an ode to Fotheringham’s timeless Americana influences and features her exquisite original songwriting, which sets the scene for her enchanting, compelling voice. Teresa Eggertsen, known more commonly by her first name alone, is a professional musician, singer, and pianist. With her original compositions, soulful voice, and piano expertise, she brings undeniable talent and passion to the world of jazz.

Teresa’s performances stand out because of her years of experience and dedication to the music industry. Her signature style explores a variety of genres and is characterized by emotional depth, creativity, and true artistry. Teresa expresses her love for music not just by performing for a crowd, but through teaching and collaborating with fellow musicians. Will Baxter

Will Baxter is a local singer, songwriter, and musician, based right here in Salt Lake City. His music, which he writes himself, is often described as having a soulful, folk-ish, Americana sound with retro rhythm and blues. Baxter is best known as the face and front man of the Will Baxter Band, featuring his unforgettable vocals and exceptional guitar skills.

Baxter has played a substantial variety of music, which is a testament to his lengthy career as a talented live performer. He will be performing multiple nights in the Lobby Lounge, so be sure to mark your calendar so you don’t miss out!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FLAMINGO

Hailing from Salt Lake City, local jazz band Flamingo gets their unique global sound from three sources of inspiration: New Orleans, Havana, and Miami. The group assembled in 2021 and then began performing at weekly Jazz shows, which quickly helped them establish credibility in the local jazz community and resulted in regularly sold-out shows. They recorded their debut album, The Flamboyance, at Counterpoint Studios in Salt Lake City and released it in September of 2022.

The band is composed of Trumpet, Saxophone, Vocals, Piano, Upright Bass, and Drums. They consider their sound to be “a fresh and modern take on Jazz,” according to their website. Their setlist features classic songs by New Orleans Standards, Ray Charles, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and more. They will be making several appearances at the Lobby Lounge throughout the summer,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sun Puppy

Sun Puppy is a Salt Lake City-based musical trio comprised of Parker Andrezzi, Tai Lauti, and Nick Zunkowski. The boys went from schoolmates to bandmates after graduating in 2021. For them, coming together to create music that feels relaxed and happy just made sense. When asked about the meaning behind the band name, they said, “We just wanted something that would capture the sort of calm, soothing energy of the music we play and settled on Sun Puppy.” Their unique and innovative sound is inspired by the band members’ appreciation for a variety of genres, including jazz, hip-hop, and soul. Join us in the Lobby Lounge for their performance on June 28!
